What is GMB Ninja?
GMB Ninja goal is to be the #1 provider for Google Business Profile management in Australia. We aim to do this with transparent and reasonable pricing that makes sense for a local business owner who cares about managing their reputation and being found in their local area.
How GMB Ninja's Model Works
- We don't have performance guarantees, why? Because we can only guarantee that we will do the work that we need to do to get you the best result possible. Results outside of what we do is reliant on Google, your competitors efforts, and the work that you do. We are, however, transparent in what we do and provide our clients with access to our own to do lists so that you can see what we are doing and by when.
- We focus on white hat efforts that are aligned with Google's guidelines.
- We want long-term relationships with our clients where we are a trusted advisor.
- To keep our fees low, we operate a low-touch account management using email and quarterly phone catch ups.
- To stay accountable we have no contracts; everything is month-to-month.

Local Citations
Local Citations
Local citations play a crucial role in the optimisation of a Google Business Profile and contribute to overall local search engine optimization (SEO). Here's why local citations are important:
- Consistency and Accuracy:
- Local citations provide consistent and accurate information about your business, including the name, address, phone number (NAP), and other details. Consistency across online platforms helps build trust with both users and search engines.
- Local Search Ranking:
- Search engines like Google use local citations to verify the legitimacy and relevance of a business. Consistent citations across various online directories and platforms can positively impact your local search rankings.
- NAP Citations Signal:
- Search engines rely on the consistency of NAP information across different online sources as a signal for the legitimacy and reliability of a business. Inaccurate or inconsistent information can lead to confusion and potentially lower search rankings.
- Enhanced Online Visibility:
- Having accurate local citations increases your business's online visibility. When your business information is consistent across multiple platforms, it becomes easier for search engines to recognize and display your business in local search results.
- Credibility and Trustworthiness:
- Consistent and accurate citations contribute to the credibility and trustworthiness of your business. Users are more likely to trust businesses with consistent information, which can positively influence their decision-making process.
- Local Maps and Directories:
- Local citations are often found on online maps, directories, and review sites. Having your business listed in these places not only improves visibility but also increases the chances of potential customers discovering your business through these platforms.
- Local SEO Signals:
- Search engines use various signals to determine local search rankings. Local citations are one of these signals, along with other factors like online reviews, local content, and the overall relevance of your business to local search queries.
- Competitive Advantage:
- Properly optimized local citations can give your business a competitive advantage. If your competitors have inconsistent or incomplete citations, your business may stand out as a more reliable and trustworthy option.
- Improved User Experience:
- Accurate and consistent citations contribute to a better user experience. When users can easily find correct and up-to-date information about your business, they are more likely to engage with your Google Business Profile and visit your physical location.
- Local Link Building:
- Citations often include links to your website. While these links may not carry as much weight as some other types of backlinks, they still contribute to your overall online presence and can positively influence your website's SEO.
